Towards a Strategy for GEO Water Activities

A strategy for Group on Earth Observations (GEO) water activities over the next decade is currently under development.  This Town Hall will inform scientists about this strategy, review the priority issues, and solicit feedback on the proposed approach. Scientists from Latin and Caribbean America will have an opportunity to provide their comments on the strategy and information on potential contributions from regional scientific organizations.

European Research Council (ERC) – Funding Opportunities for Researchers from Anywhere in the World

The ERC is supporting investigator-driven frontier research across all fields of science. ERC calls are open to researchers from around the world. The ERC offers grants worth up to €3.5 million for scientists regardless of their nationality, for projects carried out at a host institution in Europe. In this Town Hall, we will present ERC funding opportunities and details of the application procedure.
