Medical staff will be on call during regular meeting hours to provide basic first-aid services.

Internet Stations

Lobby, Level 3

To search and view the online program, or create your personal meeting itinerary, internet stations are conveniently located on level 3 for your use. Please consider the environment before printing unnecessary pages.

Lost and Found

A Lost and Found will be located at the Meeting Services Booth during session hours. Detailed information on hours and location can be found under “Meeting Services Booth.”

Special Needs

Wireless Internet access is available throughout all areas of the Cancun Center; the wireless code is AGU 2013.

Outstanding Student Paper Awards (OSPA) Resource Center

Gran Cancun Poster Hall, in booth number 26.

Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Section and focus group OSPA coordinators and judges may visit the booth for assistance and relevant materials.

Poster Help

Gran Cancun Poster Hall, Gran Cancun A, Level 3

Tuesday-Friday: 7:30 AM-6:00 PM

Staff will be available to assist you with your poster location and other on-site needs. Materials such as tape and scissors will be available for your use. If you have special needs for your poster presentation, we suggest you bring those supplies with you to the meeting. Presenters will also be able to place on-site orders for audio-visual equipment here.

Speaker Ready Room

ALL speakers are required to check into the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours before their presentation. Those presenting on Tuesday, 14 May, must check in on Monday, 13 May.

REGISTRATION SERVICES

Guests

Registered attendees may also register a guest or spouse at a charge of $50 USD on site. A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a geophysical science related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related geophysical sciences field or studying geophysics in school may not register as a guest. Registered guests may not attend the scientific sessions; however, they may go to the Exhibit Hall and attend and purchase tickets to social events at the advertised rates.

The official housing agent, INTERMeeting, will have a hospitality desk set up at each of the hotels during peak hours. The official hotels include the Fiesta America Grand Coral Beach Resort and Spa, Hyatt Regency and Krystal Cancun.
