Log into my ePoster Account
You must log into the Meeting of the America’s Meeting Central Web site to manage your ePoster materials. Please note that only first authors’ accounts are linked to the ePoster account. The username on the account is the email address used to submit the abstract.
You can log into the ePoster system by visiting http://moa.agu.org/2013/eposters/ and clicking the Upload Your ePoster tab.
Alternatively, you can access your Meeting of the America’s Meeting Central dashboard by logging into at http://moa.agu.org/2013/meeting-central/. Once logged in, click the Manage My ePoster link.
Upload my ePoster Materials
Please note that ePoster materials cannot be uploaded after the deadline (6:00 PM Central Standard Time Zone on 17 May 2013).
To upload your ePoster materials, click Edit next to the appropriate abstract title.
Use the orange Upload buttons to navigate to where your ePoster and avatar files are saved. In the Video URL field, paste the ‘share’ link for your video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or DailyMotion.
Please remember to click the orange UPDATE ePOSTER button to save your submissions.
Update or Remove my ePoster Materials
Please note that ePoster materials cannot be updated after the deadline (6:00 PM Central Standard Time Zone on 17 May 2013). If you wish to have your ePoster materials removed after the deadline, please use the ePoster help form.
Use the Remove links to delete an uploaded ePoster or avatar. To remove a video, simply erase the link for your video from the Video URL field.
Please remember to click the orange UPDATE ePOSTER button to save your changes.
View my ePoster Materials
ePoster materials will be available online for approximately three months after the Meeting of the Americas.
Visit http://moa.agu.org/2013/eposters/ and use the abstract ID Quick Search functionality to view your materials. Or, if you are logged into your ePoster account, you can click the View link next to the appropriate abstract title.
If your avatar has been successfully submitted, it will appear next to your abstract entry in the search results lists as well as on your abstract page.
If your video URL has been properly submitted, the video will embed on the General Information tab.
If your ePoster has been properly submitted, a View ePoster tab will appear.
